Job summary

Haemonetics is hiring a Senior Reliability Controls Engineer based out of its Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance practices, and enhancing operational performance through detailed analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and data‑driven decision making.

You will lead reliability initiatives using RCA, FMEA, RBI, and RCM, oversee control systems and automation, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Controls Engineering.
  • 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience with control systems, PLCs, and automation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute equipment reliability strategies to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
  • Provide technical oversight for control systems, automation, instrumentation, and related equipment.
  • Conduct RCA, FMEA, and other reliability assessments to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and maintainability.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment data to forecast maintenance needs and drive data‑based decisions.
  • Lead projects involving upgrades, control improvements, and reliability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Production teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and maintenance staff.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
