Haemonetics is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer based out of its Center of Excellence located in Clinton, PA (Pittsburgh). In this role, you will directly impact product quality, operational efficiency, and new product launches in a highly automated, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a Controls-related position.
• Six Sigma/Lean methods experience preferred.
• High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium to large-scale manufacturing projects with scope, timelines, and budgets, partnering cross-functionally.
• Ensure production processes and designs deliver high quality output at optimal cost.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and OEE; reduce scrap and improve assembly methods.
• Develop and implement automation changes; support new equipment introductions and manufacturability.
• Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and serve as escalation for automation equipment.
