Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a Controls-related position.
• Six Sigma/Lean methods experience preferred.
• High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale manufacturing projects with scope, timelines, and budgets, partnering cross-functionally.
• Ensure production processes and designs deliver high quality output at optimal cost.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and OEE; reduce scrap and improve assembly methods.
• Develop and implement automation changes; support new equipment introductions and manufacturability.
• Lead root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and serve as escalation for automation equipment.
