Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Reliability Controls Engineer to join our Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA. You will lead reliability initiatives, optimize maintenance practices, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost manufacturing efficiency across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering within manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Controls Engineering.
  • Experience with control systems and reliability improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute equipment reliability strategies to reduce downtime.
  • Provide oversight for control systems and instrumentation to boost reliability.
  • Conduct RCA, FMEA, and reliability assessments to fix recurring issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement to increase uptime and maintainability.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast maintenance needs and report trends.
  • Lead projects on equipment upgrades and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Production teams.
  • Mentor engineers and technicians on reliability best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support audits and risk assessments related to reliability programs.
