Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of controls engineering in a continuous manufacturing environment required.
• 10+ years of controls engineering preferred.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software and PowerFlex drives required.
• HMI development and production network management experience.
• Ability to lead controls projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal engineering resource for control systems.
• Lead and support strategic projects across multiple plants.
• Provide troubleshooting and remote/ onsite plant support.
• Coordinate with controls group and maintain engineering standards.
