Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
5+ Years of Controls Engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment required.
10+ Years of Controls Engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal engineering resource concerning control systems.
Identify opportunities to improve plant performance.
Lead and facilitate strategic projects that cover multiple plants.
Provide plant support and troubleshooting for control systems.
Mentor plant controls personnel and regional engineers to strengthen troubleshooting and repair skills.
