Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Sr. Manager of Automation, Controls and Calibration to lead calibration/metrology for thousands of assets and oversee automation strategy across production, labs, and facilities. You will mentor engineers, drive GDP documentation, and ensure CSV and change control compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will manage multiple systems, collaborate with Operations and Quality, and travel as needed to support global sites.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
• 5+ years managing staff and external vendors.
• Experience with cGMP automation systems and CSV.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and P&IDs.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site calibration and metrology program for ~2,500 assets and 3,000+ annual events.
• Define preventive maintenance for instrumentation and control equipment.
• Serve as SME for automated manufacturing and facility systems.
