Integra LifeSciences Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager of Automation, Controls and Calibration to lead site calibration and metrology for thousands of assets in CMC Buildings 105 and 109. You will own the Building Monitoring System, coordinate automation projects, and guide validation and GDP practices.

You will supervise Calibration Manager and Automation Engineers, partner with Operations and Quality, and drive continuous improvement in cGMP environments across Manufacturing and Labs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field; 15+ years overall experience.
• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience overseeing staff and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical diagrams, P&ID, and control system hardware.
• Experience with Rockwell, Modicon and Siemens PLC programming.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, CSV and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site calibration and metrology program for thousands of assets.
• Define preventive maintenance for instrumentation and control equipment.
• Support Operations and Quality in daily operation and troubleshooting of automated systems.
• Mentor Automation Engineers and Technicians; manage documentation per GDP and ISPE GAMP5.
• Lead automation projects and supplier management; ensure regulatory compliance.
