Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in engineering, facilities, maintenance, or EHS.
• At least 3 years of leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FDA-regulated industries preferred.
• Strong regulatory and quality systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, and utilities operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA, and company policies.
• Develop preventive maintenance, asset management, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.
