• 10+ years of experience in Automation and HVAC systems.
• 5+ years in estimating and managing automation projects and building client relationships.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand automation systems and construction; integrate mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Develop and nurture client relationships; cross-sell Baker Group capabilities.
• Coordinate projects from design to owner training; oversee schedules and budgets.
• Review bids and procure subcontracts; ensure deliverables meet client needs.
• Maintain project documentation and communications with clients and team members.
• Coach and mentor project managers and engineers in automation and other BUs.
