• Review designs, civil/architectural drawings, and building specs; advise on revisions.
• Develop budgets and contracts; perform cost estimating and value engineering.
• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects with external firms.
• Ensure conformance to design specifications and life-safety codes.
• Act as account manager with clients during project execution.
• Read and comprehend drawings, sketches, and contracts.
