Job summary

Baker Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead automation and HVAC project initiatives from design through owner training. You will build and maintain client relationships, cross-sell services, and guide project teams to successful delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, field execution, and procurement, while ensuring financial success and client satisfaction across multiple business units. A strong background in construction and automation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Automation and HVAC systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and managing automation projects, as well as building and growing client relationships.
• Must have a good driving record.
• A background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand automation and construction with a background in mechanical/electrical systems.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and pursue long-term opportunities.
• Educate clients on Baker Group capabilities in automation and cross-sell across units.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and communications; coordinate with operations and field teams.
• Procure subcontracts and oversee submittals, safety, and turnover.
