Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technician to maintain automated packing and distribution equipment, provide technical and safety training, and lead maintenance activities at a CBRE site in the United States.

The role supports site and network Kaizen improvements and requires 2–3 years of related experience in a hands-on environment. The position emphasizes strong safety practices, adherence to procedures, and collaboration across teams while delivering reliable equipment uptime and efficiency

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of related experience.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform required tasks.
Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience analyzing information to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Provide technical and safety training.
Support Kaizen efficiency improvement activities for the site and network.
Develop and implement department business plans and budgets.
Manage internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities to meet deadlines.
Keep material handling equipment in good condition through regular maintenance.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Check safety systems functionality.
Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives.
Exchange straightforward information and verify understanding.
