Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Material Handling Maintenance Technician to install, service, and repair automated packing and distribution equipment. You will support safety training, participate in efficiency Kaizen activities, and ensure devices are kept in optimal working condition.

Role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years related experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs+. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational and communication skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years related experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Good communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of automated packing and distribution equipment.
• Support safety and technical training as needed.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems; inspect safety systems.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision.
