Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical issues, lead a team, and mentor peers. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong customer care, with on-going formal training and opportunities to obtain ASE certifications.

You must be able to drive, have a valid license, and bring 3+ years of auto repair experience. The position offers competitive pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• 3 years automotive repair or equivalent experience.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computers.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
