Sun Auto Tire & Service in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in compliance with MAP guidelines and dealer standards. You will perform advanced diagnostics, multi-point inspections, and complex repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive technician experience or equivalent
• ASE certifications in lieu of experience are acceptable
• Ability to explain diagnostic results to customers and team

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certification level and experience.
• Performs multi-point inspections and repairs with accuracy.
• Performs complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Explains technical diagnoses to managers, service consultants, and customers.
• Documents all service recommendations in customer file.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies.
• Looks for opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
