Job summary

The Garage in Renton is seeking an experienced automotive technician (A-Level or B-Level) in Renton, WA. Base pay $45-$55/hour with incentive bonuses and potential earnings up to $150,000+ annually, based on performance.

This NAPA Gold AutoCare Center offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid training, and a full benefits package including medical insurance and a company match 401(k). Tekmetric is used for DVI and shop management to document repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level or B-Level repair capabilities for end-to-end jobs.
• Strong diagnostic and drivability troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and drivability concerns using diagnostic skills.
• Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs from inspection to completion.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric with documented findings.
• Independently complete assigned automotive repairs while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Perform oil changes, routine maintenance, and general automotive service as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and document repair solutions.
• Maintain productivity with safe, accurate work and clean workspace.
