This isn’t a basic maintenance-only position. We’re looking for an experienced technician who is comfortable handling a variety of work, including:
You’ll have two Service Advisors supporting the shop, so you can spend more of your time focused on diagnosing and repairing vehicles rather than handling customer communication or parts ordering.
We don’t expect technicians to stop learning once they’re hired.
Our technicians have access to unlimited training through NAPA Gold, and we pay you for the time you spend training. We also provide an annual 4-day training event in Seattle, covered by the shop, and offer bonuses for earning ASE certifications.
If you’re serious about becoming a stronger technician, you’ll have opportunities to keep developing here.
