Job summary

The Garage in Renton, a NAPA Gold AutoCare Center, seeks an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Renton, WA. Earn $45-$55/hour base plus incentive bonuses with potential to exceed $150,000 annually through performance bonuses.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and a four-bay shop equipped with three lifts. Tekmetric is used for DVI and shop management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and drivability concerns.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs from inspection to completion.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric and document findings.
• Independently complete assigned repairs while maintaining quality.
• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and document repairs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with the team.
