Promotive in Holmes, NY is seeking an A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join a busy independent repair shop. Earn $35-$50/hr (based on experience) with a hybrid pay plan and weekly pay. Schedule: Weekdays with some Saturdays, and a competitive benefits package.

You will diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles, perform mechanical repairs, and document findings. Growth opportunities exist in a collaborative team environment that values skilled technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience as an A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician (required).
• Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Automotive diagnostic experience appropriate to skill level.
• Ability to work on multiple makes and models.
• Reliable, productive, and team-oriented.
• Available to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles.
• Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Work on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Document repairs and recommendations in Tekmetric.
• Communicate repair findings with service advisors.
• Deliver quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
