Track and manage team KPIs and dealership performance outcomes; use trends to coach improvements and provide leadership updates.
Ensure consultants translate dealership and platform data into practical actions—such as CRM data integrity and user behavior audits, executive dashboards, custom KPI tracking, and trend analysis frameworks.
Drive consulting programs that influence sales and inventory economics, including inventory aging strategy, appraisal win-rate accountability, and trade acquisition workflows (as applicable to dealership objectives and Solera solutions).
Partner closely with Sales, Account Management / Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align priorities, share learnings from the field, and improve the customer journey.
Lead execution of departmental and company initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders.
