Promotive in Reno, NV is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor to join a growing independent shop. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an earnings potential of $55,000–$100,000 annually and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, paid holidays, and uniforms.

Responsibilities include managing customer intake, presenting repair recommendations, owning the sales process, and overseeing 35–40 daily vehicles. Tekmetric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in selling repairs and maintenance.
• Fluent English–Spanish communication highly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury and European brands (Audi, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer intake and write-ups with accurate concerns and service needs.
• Create and present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations with confidence.
• Own the sales process and deliver a professional customer-focused experience.
• Own repair orders from intake to completion with follow-up and final communication.
• Handle ~35–40 vehicles per day with organized follow-through.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email during repairs.
• Use Tekmetric for shop management, CRM, and digital inspections.
• Aim to meet sales and ARO targets while addressing concerns.
