Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Excellent communication of repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Experience managing estimates, repair orders, customer authorizations, and follow-up.
• Interest or experience in high-performance, racing, or custom automotive work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing calls, appointments, and vehicle write-ups.
• Create and present estimates, maintenance recommendations, and repair options while securing customer authorization.
• Manage repair orders from intake to completion and keep customers informed.
• Communicate vehicle status, recommendations, approvals, and completed work via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians and the General Manager to support an organized workflow.
• Source and order parts needed for repairs and projects.
• Utilize Speed Point for shop management and digital vehicle inspection processes.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and provide leadership as the team grows.
