AutoShop Recruiting is sourcing an experienced Senior Service Advisor for a multi-location automotive group in the Omaha metro area. The role is pure production, with no management duties, and focuses on selling across phone, in person, and follow-up to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate is a proven high-producing service advisor or automotive sales professional, a closer who delivers results, and can excel in a fast-paced shop.

• Proven success as a high producing Service Advisor or Automotive Sales Professional.
• A natural closer who enjoys the chase and the win.
• Someone who can stay composed, confident, and personable in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and building trust from the moment they walk in or call.
• Presenting repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Following up on open estimates and deferred work to maximize approved labor and parts.
• Communicating fluidly with technicians to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
• Delivering a consistent experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Keeping the energy upbeat, the workflow moving, and the sales numbers strong.
