Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in Automotive Service Advisor role or similar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing setting.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
