You will support store operations, assist with inventory, delivery coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, courteous service in-store, by phone, and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical questions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, sales programs, and policies.
• Support stock orders, inventory, reporting discrepancies, and store presentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and pull/prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with Open/Close procedures and general housekeeping.
• Contribute to continuous store improvement and asset protection.
