Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana to drive B2B freight opportunities and deliver No-Fail service. You will analyze client needs, tailor transportation solutions, and coordinate quotes to win and grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; AA/AS or BA is a bonus.
• Must have experience moving finished vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and discovery.
• Analyze customers' needs and offer personalized solutions to their problems.
• Match customer demand with quotes for freight-related inquiries.
• Build strategies that increase sales and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain and update accurate information in the company’s operating systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to ensure the No-Fail policy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
