Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our front line team, delivering high‑quality workmanship in shop and mobile settings. You’ll use advanced tools and Safelite technology to repair, replace, and recalibrate, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will operate Safelite’s equipment, maintain safety standards, and support a fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mindset. A valid license and SafeTech certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.
• 2+ years as an auto glass technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with emphasis on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain tools in good working order.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Adhere to policies, perform other duties as assigned.
