Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver repair, replacement and recalibration services at Safelite Shops or mobile units. You will use Safelite tools and follow the Safelite Way of Fitting to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot and perform diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, chemicals, and MRM technology.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and on the phone; present and promote Safelite services.
