Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations at shop or mobile locations. You will leverage Safelite training and industry-leading tools to deliver high-quality service while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be involved in recalibrations, operating advanced tools, and engaging with customers to promote services. A valid license, SafeTech certification, and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and on the phone; promote Safelite products.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with company policies and standards.
