Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repair and replacement work in Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You’ll focus on safety, quality, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities to advance to Senior or Master Technician based on skills and certifications.

Responsibilities include recalibrating safety systems, operating Safelite tools, and supporting coaching and mentoring for less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• 2+ years experience as Auto Glass Technician preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform glass repair and replacement safely and efficiently with focus on quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and document work in systems.
• Coordinate with customers and teammates to ensure timely scheduling and service completion.
