Job summary

Safelite, the industry leader in vehicle glass repair, invites experienced Auto Glass Technicians to join at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels, depending on experience. You will perform repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, prioritizing safety, quality and superior customer service.

Senior and Master levels may include coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership responsibilities, with paid training and the tools you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
• Valid state-issued driver's license to operate a company vehicle. Required
• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. Focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and use MRM systems as required
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services
• Senior/Master levels may mentor and coach teammates and share best practices
