Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking an Experienced Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You will work with Safelite tools and technology, ensuring safety, quality, and outstanding customer service while maintaining vehicle care and professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and Safelite SafeTech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System (GTS), and MRMs; safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
