Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations across the United States. Candidates may be placed at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels based on experience and certifications.

Senior/Master roles include coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership responsibilities. A strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service is essential

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).
Ability to recalibrate automotive safety systems (ADAS).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services.
Clean customer vehicles after every job.
Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
Operate tools and technologies used by Safelite (MRM, GTS, True Seal, Ezi-Wire).
Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
Interact with customers in person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
