Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years auto glass technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto glass repair and replacement with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and conduct diagnostic testing.
• Operate tools and technologies and document work orders and customer interactions.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist with coaching as needed.
