Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to deliver high-quality repair, replacement, and recalibration services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will join a team that emphasizes safety, customer service, and advanced technology.

The role may be filled at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level based on experience, with coaching and leadership opportunities for senior roles. We offer comprehensive benefits and a clear career path within Safelite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and customer service at the forefront.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems and completing diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and MRMs.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and on the phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master Technicians may mentor and lead others and share best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
