Job summary

Safelite in Indiana is seeking Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels. You will perform glass repair and replacement work, recalibrate safety systems, and use Safelite tools to ensure safety and quality.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Senior and Master Technicians may mentor others and take on leadership responsibilities, with a clear career path and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto glass technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Demonstrated track record in repair, replacement, and recalibration.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services efficiently and safely.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain tools in good condition.
• Communicate with customers in person/text/phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master levels: mentor, coach and share best practices.
