Job summary
Safelite, part of Belron, is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration of vehicle glass at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. Roles can be Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician based on experience and certifications.
Senior/Master levels include coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership responsibilities. Competitive hourly pay across Technician levels with comprehensive benefits and clear career growth pathways.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
- 2+ years’ auto glass experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to install, repair, replace, and recalibrate automotive glass.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on quality and safety.
- Recalibrate automotive safety systems; conduct diagnostics as required.
- Operate Safelite tools and systems, including MRMs, GTS, and routine software.
- Engage with customers; promote Safelite services and promotions.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior technicians.
