Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
Proven Auto Glass Technician experience (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services with focus on safety and customer service.
Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
Operate Safelite tools and technologies per company standards.
Mentor and coach junior technicians where applicable.
Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone.
