Safelite Group is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels. This role involves repairing/replacing auto glass, recalibrating safety systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of vehicle glass installation/repair/recalibration experience for Technician level.
• 3+ years for Senior Technician; 5+ years for Master Technician with mentoring capability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and MRM systems.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master levels serve as technical resource and mentor others.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow policies.
