Job summary

Safelite in the United States is seeking Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels. The role involves repairing and replacing auto glass, recalibrating ADAS, and using Safelite tools to ensure safe, high‑quality service.

It includes coaching and mentoring responsibilities for senior levels. Compensation ranges by level, with a strong benefits package including 401(k), medical plans, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Proven Auto Glass Technician experience (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies such as True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and MRM.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote and sell Safelite services.
