Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to perform high-quality repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shops across the region. Roles may be Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician based on experience and certifications.

Senior and Master levels include mentoring, leadership duties, and knowledge sharing. Compensation includes a structured pay rate, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.
• 2+ years of Auto Glass Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto glass repair and replacement with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; conduct diagnostic tests as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and document work orders.
