Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking Auto Glass Technicians at multiple levels (Technician, Senior Technician, Master Technician) to perform vehicle glass repair and replacement with a strong focus on safety and customer service. The role includes recalibration of ADAS systems, hands-on use of Safelite tools, and opportunities for mentorship and leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of vehicle glass installation/repair/recalibration experience for Technician level.
• 3+ years for Senior Technician; 5+ years for Master Technician with mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage customer interactions.
• Senior/Master levels to coach, mentor, and share best practices.
