Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations in the shop or on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop offerings. You will use Safelite tools and technologies to deliver safe, high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and Safelite SafeTech certification. You will be part of a safety‑driven team with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent; SafeTech certification required.
Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver's license as required by law.
Proven ability to use Safelite tools and perform calibration and repairs.

Responsibilities

Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and quality at the forefront.
Recalibrate automotive safety systems; perform diagnostic testing as needed.
Operate Safelite tools (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM) and manage customer interactions.
Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
Adhere to all policies and perform other duties as assigned.
