Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to provide repair, replacement, and recalibration services at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite training, tools, and technology to deliver safe, high-quality results and to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves driving to job sites, communicating with customers, and supporting additional services and promotions. Applicants should be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and complete Safelite SafeTech certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System (GTS) and MRM technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with scheduled customers in-person, text, and phone; present and sell Safelite products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
