Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations both in shop and on the go with mobile services. You will use Safelite’s tools and training to ensure safety, quality, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology and manage related admin tasks.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and customer service standards.
