Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations in shop or via Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite tools and technologies and engage customers to promote services.

The role requires SafeTech certification, a valid driver’s license, safety-conscious work, and the ability to lift and work in varying conditions. Training is provided along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid driver’s license as required by law to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety, quality, and customer service in mind.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; troubleshoot and complete diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and Safelite MRM technology.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies.
