Safelite is seeking a skilled Glass Technician to perform repair and replacement work at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and exceptional customer service while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

You will recalibrate safety systems, use Safelite tools, and handle customer communication. Strong technical aptitude, safety awareness, and driving ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle is required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage work orders.
• Safely drive company and customer vehicles as needed.
• Communicate with customers in‑person, by text and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
