Job summary

Safelite is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You’ll use industry-leading tools and Safelite software while ensuring safety, quality and excellent customer service.

The role involves operating Safelite equipment, working with customers, and maintaining professional presentation. Training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety, quality and customer service at the forefront.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot and run diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage customer communication by in-person, text or phone.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the workday.
• Present, promote and sell Safelite services and promotional items to customers.
