Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services at shop or mobile locations. You will use Safelite’s advanced tools and training to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a SafeTech-certified technician with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift and handle tools and materials. Benefits include comprehensive plans and career growth potential within Safelite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System (GTS), chemicals, and MRM technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and on the phone; promote Safelite services.
