Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shops. You will calibrate safety systems, use Safelite tools, and ensure high customer service standards in diverse settings.

You’ll operate company vehicles, communicate with customers, and promote Safelite products while maintaining safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
• Safelite SafeTech certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services in Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and by phone; promote Safelite products and services.
